Industrial AI for headliner and roof system plants
A headliner plant is two factories chained together. The first is heavy process: hot forming presses that shape the polyurethane substrate with glass fiber reinforcement, laminating presses that apply the decorative fabric, and trimming centers that open the cutouts for visors, grab handles and sunroof.
