Connect · it captures what is lost today
The paper delivery note, the handwritten shift report, the panel of a twenty-year-old machine, the supplier email and whatever the supervisor says while walking. Connect picks it up where it starts, without touching the systems that already work: the old panel gets a camera in front of it, it does not get replaced.
Edge · it sees the line in real time
Local inference at the station itself, at the real speed of the line. It catches what the eye lets through from the second hour of the shift onwards, and pulls the piece before it reaches the pallet. The call is still the operator's; the machine points at where to look.
Agents · they act on your systems
They do not report: they act. They publish the order to the equipment, cross the customer alert against batches in progress, keep the audit evidence pack current. And one rule is not negotiable: nothing reaches the central system without a person having seen and signed it.

How we analyse it

- Tell us in your own words. No twenty-field form, no dropdowns. Write your case the way you would explain it to a colleague: what happens today, on which systems, and what hurts.
- We verify your email. You get a link. Clicking it starts the clock. It does two things: it makes sure the dossier reaches whoever asked for it, and it stops anyone burning our work for sport.
- An agent analyses your case against the catalogue of pieces and against real cases already deployed in your sector. It identifies what comes in, in what order, against which systems it connects and what capacity you need.
- A person reviews it and we send it. You receive the implementation dossier and its full quote. No discovery call, no meeting to be told they will get back to you.
What the price depends on
It is scoped by plant, by capacity and by pieces.
By plant
A single plant on a standard configuration has a catalogue price. A multi-plant group, SAP integration or bespoke development is quoted with a blueprint.
By capacity
Capture mailboxes, plant users, documents processed per month and in-line vision cameras. Those are the four figures that size your edition.
By pieces
You start with one and grow. One more mailbox, user or capture entity costs little; a catalogue agent, somewhat more. Complex agents are quoted.
No surprises
If you approach a limit we tell you and you decide. There is never automatic billing for overuse.
