Privacy policy

At iLEAN we treat your data with the same seriousness we bring to the plant floor. This policy explains what data we collect through www.ilean.ai, what we use it for, how long we keep it and how we protect it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.

1. Data controller

Gestión Global de Recursos de Software España S.L. (GR Soft), which operates this site under the trade name iLEAN Industrial Systems. For privacy matters you can write to info@ilean.ai or use the contact form.

2. Data we collect

• IRIS architecture download form: email address.
• Contact / demo form: name, email address, what your plant manufactures and, optionally, a free-text message.
• Technical data accompanying the submission: the URL you send the form from and the page language, for attribution and service improvement.
• Site usage data: first-party, pseudonymised browsing statistics, together with your IP address and the approximate location derived from it. Full detail in the cookies policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, date and time) for security and abuse prevention, retained for a limited period.

We do not request special categories of personal data and do not require account registration to browse the site.

3. What we use it for, and on what legal basis

• Sending you the material you request (the IRIS architecture PDF) and answering your enquiry, including arranging a demo. Basis: your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Maintaining commercial contact regarding iLEAN products and services related to your enquiry. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Measuring and improving the operation of the site. Basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, the consent given through the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Complying with applicable legal obligations. Basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Link between your browsing and your contact details

If you have given us your email address through a form on this site, we may link that address to the browsing activity described in the previous section, in order to handle your enquiry with context and to tailor our commercial response to what actually interests you. This linking takes place within the controller's relationship-management system, is not used for behavioural advertising and is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

You may object to this linking at any time by writing to info@ilean.ai, without this affecting how your enquiry is handled.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where strictly necessary to provide the service or required by law. In particular:

• Customer relationship management (CRM) platform — receives and manages the form submissions from this site, acting as a processor on behalf of the controller.
• Hosting provider — provides the hosting service for the site, as a processor.
• IP geolocation service — derives the approximate location from the IP address, as a processor.

The specific identity of each processor is recorded in the controller's record of processing activities and can be provided to you on request at info@ilean.ai. We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for advertising purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of the processors mentioned above, such as the geolocation service, process data in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR apply, including standard contractual clauses where relevant (Art. 46 GDPR).

7. Retention

We keep your contact details for as long as the relationship or mutual commercial interest lasts and thereafter for the legally required periods. You may request erasure at any time. Browsing records are kept for a maximum of 30 days on this website's server and up to 12 months in the controller's centralised analytics system, as detailed in the cookies policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as rights to portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise them, write to info@ilean.ai or use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with your national supervisory authority, which you can identify through the European Data Protection Board.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on storage and minimisation of the fields collected.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published at this URL, with its “last updated” date.
