At iLEAN we treat your data with the same seriousness we apply on the plant floor. This policy explains what data we collect through the forms on www.ilean.ai, what we use it for and how we protect it, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish regulation.
1. Data controller
iLEAN Industrial Systems. Registered office at Calle Cronos 20, Madrid (Spain). For privacy matters you can reach us through the contact form.
2. What data we collect
- IRIS architecture download form: email address.
- Contact / demo form: name, email, what your plant makes and, optionally, a free-text message.
- Technical data: the URL from which you send the form and the page language, for attribution and service improvement.
3. What we use it for
- Send you the material you requested (IRIS architecture PDF).
- Reply to your inquiry and, where appropriate, manage a demo or sales conversation.
- Maintain commercial contact about iLEAN products and services related to your request.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (checked at form submission) and on the legitimate interest of handling a commercial inquiry you yourself initiate.
5. Recipients — transmission to iLean (industrialaicenter.com)
The data you submit through the forms is transmitted to and stored in the lead management system of iLean, hosted at industrialaicenter.com, which acts as processor/recipient for commercial management. We do not transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Retention
We keep your data while the commercial relationship or mutual interest continues, and afterwards for any legally required periods. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, plus rights to portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, contact us through the form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
