What people usually ask.
What should a work order form include?
At minimum: work order number, date, technician, customer or site, asset, start and end time, type of work, problem reported, work performed, parts used and signatures. The free template on this page has all of them, plus priority and status.
Do my techs have to stop using paper?
No. They keep filling in the same paper work order. They just snap a photo when they're done and the AI agent adds it to your memory.
Can I use my own work order form?
Yes. The first time, the agent builds the template from your photo and reads it right away. When you create your account, someone on the iLEAN team reviews it.
Does it read handwriting?
Yes, and anything it can't read clearly is flagged in amber for you to check. That's why you confirm: what gets saved is what you've seen.
Is this a replacement for a CMMS?
It doesn't try to be. If you have one, it's the bridge for everything still on paper. If you don't, it gives you history, questions and alerts without making anyone type.
How do alerts work?
Tell the agent what to watch in plain words and it suggests a rule on a field of your form. Every time a matching work order is confirmed, you're notified by email or Microsoft Teams.
Is the app in English? What does it cost?

Who can see my work orders?
