Do we have to standardize the sheet first?

No, and it is better not to. Asking the lab to change its sheet is the fast route to a system nobody uses. iLEAN reads the one that exists, in the format it has today.

Does it watch the folder or the person?

The folder. The file delta is read when it is saved; there is no tracking of who opens what or how long they spend on each task. That distinction is what makes the lab accept the deployment.

Do microbiological analyses that take days get in too?

Yes. They get in when the technician saves the result in the sheet. What changes is not the length of the analysis, but the time until the figure is available to the rest of the plant and to batch release.

Can licenses really be reduced?

It depends on your contract, which is why it goes in as an estimate to validate against last year's invoice. The logic is simple: whoever logs in only to type results no longer needs to log in.

Is it useful for a private-label client audit?
