Does it tell a critical delay from a routine message?
Yes, and that is what matters most: a perishable filling delay for an order starting tomorrow goes to top priority, while a minor delivery note change interrupts nobody. Criticality is computed against the plan, not against the tone of the email.
Does it know which production orders are affected?
