iLEAN answers an old question: where is the truth of my plant?
The traditional answer was many systems — an ERP for orders, an MES for execution, a SCADA for machines, Excel sheets for quality, paper for 5S, WhatsApp for the supplier. Each one with its little slice of truth. When someone needed to decide, they had to go to several places — and many times the decision arrived late.
iLEAN doesn't replace those systems. It connects them. And puts them at the service of whoever makes decisions, the moment they make them.

What iLEAN is not
- It's not an ERP. Your SAP/Oracle/Dynamics keeps running things. iLEAN connects to it.
- It's not an MES. Your MES keeps executing production. iLEAN adds context it didn't have.
- It's not a chatbot. It's not ChatGPT with an industrial theme — it's a full architecture with several specialized agents.
- It doesn't replace people. The opposite: it makes them more capable. The IRIS golden rule is "AI observes, interprets and suggests; the human always directs".
iLEAN and Lean 4.0
Lean 4.0 is what happens when classical Lean methodologies (Toyota Production System, 5S, Kanban, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma...) stop living on boards and paper and start living as live data. iLEAN is the platform that makes that transition happen without choking the operator with keyboards. Capture happens on its own — by photo, by voice, by computer vision, by integration. The operator sees Lean working; doesn't feed it.
