What makes iLEAN different from a Lean software bolted on top of an ERP is the capture model. We have three channels reaching every corner of the plant:

There are open-source Lean tools out there; what you pay for with iLEAN is 25 years of knowing what actually works on the plant floor.
Does it work with my existing ERP?
Yes. iLEAN connects to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Odoo, custom ERPs and most MES/SCADA systems via the Integrations layer. The ERP stays in charge of its data; iLEAN reads what it needs and writes back consumption, quality and production records — without anyone re-typing.
