«Does it recognize every supplier's certificate?» — yes, and without asking any of them to change theirs: the model extracts the structure of a multi-line delivery note and the fields of a material certificate — heat number, tests, standard, order reference — without a per-supplier template. Is the certificate actually read, or just filed?
Read. Heat number, tests performed, applicable standard and order reference are extracted and tied to the material, so a search by heat number returns the spare and its location. Filing a PDF is what happens today; this is the opposite.
Does it cover catalyst and chemicals with a safety data sheet?
Yes. Lot, expiry and the SDS reference are extracted the same way, and the SDS is attached to the lot so it is retrievable when the permit for handling it is prepared. A cobalt acetate drum and a spare impeller go through the same flow.
What if the delivery note and the open order disagree?
The discrepancy is highlighted in the summary before the lead validates, with the truck still at the dock: a quantity, a missing line, a certificate that does not match the item. Today that cross-check is done afterwards, or not at all.
Can it be searched by equipment tag years later?
