What people ask about capturing the line by voice
Does it work with the noise of an SMT floor?
That is the design condition. The headset works alongside hearing protection and recognition is tuned for industrial noise and for the trade vocabulary of placement, reflow and AOI.
Does the lead have to speak in a set format?
No. They speak the way they would tell a colleague. iLEAN structures it afterwards into line, work order, symptom, criticality and shift.
How does it know a problem is recurring?
Because every note is tied to the line and the asset. When the same symptom appears for the third time on the same feeder slot, it stops being an anecdote and becomes a pattern.
Does it produce the shift handover on its own?
